Rules to follow:

Winner Selection:

• One lucky winner will be selected at IVAS’ discretion based on creativity, effort, and adherence to the contest rules.

Eligibility:

• The contest is open to residents of India only.

Submission Deadline:

• All entries must be submitted by 1st April 2025 11.59 PM IST. Late submissions will not be considered.

Prize Announcement:

• The winner will be announced on IVAS Home’s social media pages by 5th April 2025, winner will also be contacted via direct message.

Claiming Prizes:

• Winners must respond to the announcement or direct message within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Brand Discretion:

• IVAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by IVAS regarding the contest, including but not limited to the selection of winners, are final and binding.

Liability Release:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to release IVAS from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of any prize.
• IVAS shall not be responsible for technical issues or lost entries.

Use of Entries:

• Participants agree to grant IVAS the right to use, repost, and share their contest submissions for promotional purposes.

Personal Data:

Governing Law:

• The contest shall be governed by the laws of India.

Amendments:
