IVAS Ghar Ko Thank You Contest - Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Overview:

This contest is organised by IVAS and is open to all participants who follow the contest rules outlined below. Three lucky winners will be chosen at the brand's discretion.

2. Prizes for the contest:

• IVAS Magnus Fan
• IVAS Cooktop + IVAS Sandwich Maker + IVAS Kettle
• IVAS Wash Basin & IVAS Faucet OR IVAS Water Heater.

Products will be provided basis the stock availability, or equivalent product will be provided by the company.

3. Contest rules to enter: One entry per person is allowed.

Keep your profile public so that the brand can see your video/reel

• Step 1:
  Share a story/post or comment in one of the three influencer reels showing how they would like to thank their home this year.
• Step 2:
  Follow @ivas.homes on Instagram and tag them in your post, and use the hashtag #GharDhadakneDo
• Step 3:
  Like the influencer's post, tag 3 friends and encourage them to participate too!

4. Rules to follow:

1. Content should be original, and no copyright materials will be accepted,
2. No obscene/indecent content will be accepted/allowed,
3. No spamming or self-promotion of the content will be allowed.

5. Winner Selection:

• Three lucky winners will be selected at IVAS' discretion based on creativity, effort, and adherence to the contest rules.

6. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to residents of India only.

7. Submission Deadline:

All entries must be submitted by 28^th December 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

8. Prize Announcement:

Winners will be announced on IVAS Home's social media pages by 30^th December 2024. Winners will also be contacted via direct message.

9. Claiming Prizes:

Winners must respond to the announcement or direct message within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

10. Brand Discretion:

• IVAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by IVAS regarding the contest, including but not limited to the selection of winners, are final and binding.

11. Liability Release:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to release IVAS from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of any prize.
• IVAS shall not be responsible for technical issues or lost entries.

12. Use of Entries:

Participants agree to grant IVAS the right to use, repost, and share their contest submissions for promotional purposes.

13. Personal Data:

Personal information collected during the contest will only be used for contest purposes and in accordance with IVAS' privacy policy.

14. Governing Law:

The contest shall be governed by the laws of India.

15. Amendments:

IVAS reserves the right to modify the contest rules by publishing changes on Instagram.
